L.A. Property Management is a small company based in the Thames Valley in Southern England dealing exclusively with the letting and management of residential accommodation within approximately a 10 mile radius of Wokingham.

We hold both Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Additionally being members of the National Association of Estate Agents, all clients' money is protected by their "Client Money Protection Scheme". As NAEA members the firm is also part of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents. Tenant's deposits are covered by The Tenancy Deposit Scheme

History

The company was formed in 1992 with the objective of providing the best possible level of service to landlords and tenants and has steadily expanded to the point where we are now involved in the letting and management of many properties for both non resident and also investment landlords

From the very beginning, L.A. Property Management was set up to offer a very personal and friendly service. It's true we didn't have plush high street offices with contractual floral arrangement - but we never confuse informality with lack of professionalism. As members of a service industry we make a point of visiting the client rather than have the client come to us. Despite not having high street offices, we still made use of modern business equipment to offer our clients the service they expect.

The company has been running for over 13 years but the staff have over 35 years experience of the residential lettings market in the area. We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents and also the U.K. Association of Letting Agents.

L.A. Property Management are also proud to have been one of only two runners up in the National Association of Estate Agents "Office of the Year" Awards 1998, the only time the company has ever entered such a competition. This National award was based on responses to a questionnaire completed by our clients at the time and also research carried out at the time on behalf of the National Association of Estate Agents.
