The company was formed in
1992 with the objective of providing the best possible level of service to
landlords and tenants and has steadily expanded to the point where we are
now involved in the letting and management of many properties for both non
resident and also investment landlords
From the very beginning,
L.A. Property Management was set up to offer a very personal and friendly
service. It's true we didn't have plush high street offices with
contractual floral arrangement - but we never confuse informality with
lack of professionalism. As members of a service industry we make a point
of visiting the client rather than have the client come to us. Despite not
having high street offices, we still made use of modern business equipment
to offer our clients the service they expect.
The company has been
running for over 13 years but the staff have over 35 years experience of
the residential lettings market in the area. We are members of the
National Association of Estate Agents and also the U.K. Association of
Letting Agents.
At the end of June 2005, the company
moved to more prominent offices in Wokingham town centre (still without
the contractual floral arrangement!). The office is now at 47 Denmark
Street adjacent to the Crispin pub. Our telephone, fax and email have all
remained the same but the benefit of a town centre location should help us
to provide our clients with a more efficient service and generate some
more business.
