Tenant Finding

As the name implies this type of service entails finding a suitable tenant; checking his/her credentials; drawing up a tenancy agreement, associated notices and inventory; checking the tenant into the property; advising the appropriate authorities of the change of occupant; collecting the first month's rent and deposit and then handing the property over to the landlord to manage the property during the tenancy. We will, however, hold the tenant's deposit as stakeholder during the tenancy.
